1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at eeshamuneebphotography.web.app (the "Site") and any photography services provided by Eesha Muneeb Photography ("we", "us"). By using the Site or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Bookings and Payments

When you book a session:

• A signed booking form and a non-refundable retainer/deposit are required to secure your date. The amount and method will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due as specified in your booking confirmation, typically no later than the day of the session.
• If the balance is not paid by the due date, we may be unable to deliver the service.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Please note:

• Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the session may be entitled to a partial refund of fees paid, excluding the non-refundable retainer.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the session are non-refundable.
• In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances on our part, we will reschedule or provide a full refund.

4. Our Services

We will use our professional skill and judgment to deliver the services agreed upon. Please note:

• Photography is an art form and results are subjective; we cannot guarantee a specific number of final images but will deliver a curated collection of high-quality images.
• We are not responsible for factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue lighting, or equipment interference at the event.
• Delivery timelines will be shared at booking and may vary based on the package and season.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain the copyright in all photographs we create.

• You receive a personal license to print and share the images for personal, non-commercial use.
• We may use the photographs for our portfolio, website and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.
• Commercial use of images requires prior written permission and, in some cases, a separate license fee.

6. Website Use

By using the Site you agree not to:

• Misuse the Site or attempt to disrupt its operation;
• Reproduce, distribute or sell content from the Site without our written permission;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Site or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
